이 시장은 2026년 12월 31일 오후 11시 59분(동부 표준시)까지 시장 생성 시점부터 해당 기간 내 어느 시점에서든 Chatbot Arena LLM Leaderboard(https://arena.ai/)의 'Leaderboard' 탭 아래 표를 확인했을 때, 중국 기업이 1위를 차지한 모델을 보유하고 있으면 'Yes'로 판정됩니다. 판정에는 https://arena.ai/leaderboard/text/overall-no-style-control의 'Text Arena | Overall' Leaderboard 탭 아래 'Rank' 섹션에서 스타일 제어(style control)를 끈 상태의 결과가 사용됩니다. 중국 기업에는 Alibaba, ByteDance, Baidu, Moonshot, Z.ai, DeepSeek, Meituan, Xiaomi, StepFun, Tencent, MiniMax 등이 포함되지만 이에 국한되지는 않습니다. 중국에 본사를 두지 않았거나 중국 기술 생태계 내에서 주로 소유·운영되지 않는 기업은 중국 기업으로 간주하지 않습니다. 모델은 시장 확인 시점의 리더보드 순위를 기준으로 주로 정렬됩니다. 두 개 이상의 모델이 순위에서 동률일 경우, 리더보드 아래 데이터에 반영된 모든 기본 미반올림 세부 값을 포함한 Arena 점수로 정렬됩니다. 그래도 동률이면 회사 이름의 알파벳 순서가 최종 타이브레이커로 사용됩니다. 이 시장은 중국 기업의 모델이 이 정렬 시스템에서 최상위 위치를 차지할 경우에만 'Yes'로 판정됩니다. 이 시장의 판정 출처는 https://arena.ai/leaderboard/text/overall-no-style-control에 있는 Chatbot Arena LLM Leaderboard입니다. 확인 시점에 이 판정 출처를 사용할 수 없으면 리더보드가 다시 온라인 상태가 될 때까지 시장이 열려 있으며, 이용 가능해진 후 첫 확인 결과를 기준으로 판정됩니다. 영구적으로 사용할 수 없게 되면 다른 판정 출처를 기준으로 판정됩니다.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if a Chinese company owns a model that ranks first, based on the Chatbot Arena LLM Leaderboard (https://arena.ai/) when the table under the "Leaderboard" tab is checked at any point between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Results from the "Rank" section under the "Text Arena | Overall" Leaderboard tab at https://arena.ai/leaderboard/text/overall-no-style-control with style control off will be used to resolve this market. Chinese Companies include but are not limited to Alibaba, ByteDance, Baidu, Moonshot, Z.ai, DeepSeek, Meituan, Xiaomi, StepFun, Tencent, and MiniMax. Companies not headquartered in China or not primarily owned or operating within the Chinese technology ecosystem are not considered primarily Chinese. Models will be ordered primarily by their leaderboard rank at the market’s check time. If two or more models are tied on rank, they will be ordered by their Arena score, including any underlying, unrounded, granular values reflected in the data below the leaderboard. If a tie remains, alphabetical order of company names will be used as a final tiebreaker. This market resolves to “Yes” only if a Chinese company’s model occupies the top position in this ranking system. The resolution source for this market is the Chatbot Arena LLM Leaderboard found at https://arena.ai/leaderboard/text/overall-no-style-control. If this resolution source is unavailable at check time, this market will remain open until the leaderboard comes back online and will resolve based on the first check after it becomes available. If it becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve based on another resolution source.
